This Is Me

Who do you call to talk about your most private emotions, questions and worries; who do you trust to give you healthy, professional, unbiased, unjudged information and tools? And is that person reachable when you need them most?

That is what I do. 

 

I meet you where you are at, in the moments you need me and we walk through the emotion, the situation, the thought, the question; as it is happening in your life. No more old school therapy. This is accessible, this is life changing.

Now to introduce myself.

I have my B.A. Counselling Psychology, worked as a therapist for years and decided that the style was not how I was able to best help my clients, nor was it the way they were most comfortable connecting with me on intimate topics that require vulnerability, transparency , and discretion. I realized that if I am to be able to help facilitate life changing moments, help guide my clients to a new mindset and hand them tools they need to use in order to be the most present, intentional and connected men that they can be, it had to happen in a way that created that safe space for them to get vulnerable while also being accessible. I also had to be able to glean from my own experiences and 'walk with them' having more of a conversation rather than being a 'therapist' role that was ominous and sitting across a room! 

 

 Thus DISCRETE was born and I transitioned from a therapist to a coach.
